Raytec Metals Corp. is a Canadian mineral exploration company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of highly prospective potash, iron ore and uranium projects in Western Canada. The company recently acquired a 100% interest in exploration permits covering close to 300,000 acres of prospective potash ground in central Saskatchewan. The areas are located in the extensive Middle Devonion Prairie Evaporite formation, host to mines that currently supply the majority of the world’s potash supplies. A National Instrument 43-101 report is currently being compiled based on historical drill core and will be available shortly.
Raytec has also acquired a 100% interest in the El Sol Historic iron ore project located in the Red Lake Mining District of Ontario and the Gunflint Property in the Thunder Mining District of Ontario.
The company’s uranium projects are currently under joint venture with Triex Minerals and Solitaire Minerals Corp.
